Allow me to introduce myself...

Hi friends! My name is Taysia Smith and I am a sophomore at Southern Utah University. I am studying Political Science with a minor in Communications. Most importantly, I LOVE cooking!! However, a love for cooking doesn't typically bode well with the college experience. Most students don't have much time to cook outside of classes, work, etc.. And even if students did have time to cook, the most common reason I hear for not doing it is that it's too expensive or that they don't know what they are doing.

While time and money can be tricky things that students don't have a lot of control over, I have found that it is possible to cook better food for cheaper in less than 30 minutes. It is my goal with this blog to teach fellow college students how cook great food for themselves on a budget and time crunch.
